Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your name.
• Payment metadata — order ID, payment status, and the last four digits or method type of the instrument used. Full card or bank details are handled directly by our payment partner (Instamojo) and are never stored on our servers.
• Content you upload — the images and text prompts you submit to generate reels.
• Usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps. This is used to operate and improve the Service.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• To process payments and issue refunds where applicable;
• To communicate with you about your account, orders, and service updates;
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, and technical issues;
• To comply with applicable legal obligations, including taxation and record keeping.

3. Third-party service providers

We share the minimum necessary information with the following providers in order to operate the Service:

• fal.ai — runs the AI image-to-video generation. Your uploaded image and prompt are transmitted to fal.ai for the duration of generation.
• Instamojo— processes all payments. Card and bank details are entered directly on Instamojo's PCI-DSS compliant interface.
• Vercel — hosts the Service and stores access logs.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your uploaded content to train our or any third party's AI models.

4. Data retention

• Uploaded images are retained only for as long as required to generate your reel and are deleted within 24 hours of generation.
• Generated reels are stored for 30 days from the date of generation so that you can re-download them. After that, they are permanently deleted.
• Account and order records are retained for as long as your account remains active and for at least 8 years thereafter in order to comply with Indian taxation and financial record-keeping requirements.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies necessary to operate the Service (such as authentication and basic analytics). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
• request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention obligations);
• withdraw any consent previously provided;
• lodge a grievance with our Grievance Officer (see below) or with the relevant data protection authority.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS in transit, encrypted storage at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
