Refund & cancellation policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for credit packs purchased on ReelMakerBot, operated by Net Business Labs (Udyam UDYAM-AP-10-0132536).
1. Refund eligibility
- Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Used credits are non-refundable.A credit is considered “used” once a reel generation has been successfully delivered against it.
- Requests received after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of credits remaining.
2. Failed generations
If a reel generation fails due to a technical issue on our side (server error, processing failure, or no output delivered), the credit is automatically re-credited to your balance. No refund request is necessary in such cases.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund of unused credits within the eligibility window, email us at admin@reelmakerbot.com with the following details:
- The email address registered with your ReelMakerBot account
- Your Instamojo payment ID or order reference
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund (optional but appreciated)
4. Refund processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days from the date of approval.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, via our payment partner Instamojo.
- Once a refund is initiated, your remaining credit balance for that pack is set to zero.
- Bank or card processing times may add a few additional days; please contact us if you do not see the refund within 10 working days of approval.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us first before raising a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly by email. Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of the associated account.
6. Cancellation
ReelMakerBot operates on a one-time credit pack model. There are no recurring subscriptions, and therefore no cancellation is required. You may stop using the Service at any time and your remaining credits will continue to be available subject to the refund window above.
