Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. The Service

ReelMakerBot allows you to upload a still image and a text prompt to generate a short AI-generated video reel. Generation typically takes between 30 seconds and 5 minutes per reel. Each successful generation consumes one credit from your available balance.

3. Credits and payments

Credits are sold in packs at the prices listed on our pricing page. All payments are processed via our payment partner (Instamojo) in Indian Rupees (INR). Credits are non-transferable, do not expire, and may only be used on the ReelMakerBot account they were purchased on.

We reserve the right to modify pack pricing at any time. Any change will not affect credits already purchased.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• upload any image you do not own or do not have permission to use;
• create content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or that depicts minors in any sexual or harmful context;
• generate content that infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity;
• generate content intended to harass, threaten, deceive, or defraud any person;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service or its underlying models;
• resell credits or access to the Service without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated this section.

6. Intellectual property

You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, and use your uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Subject to your full compliance with these Terms and payment of the applicable credits, the generated reel output is yours to use, including for personal and commercial purposes. The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is and remains the property of Net Business Labs.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the Service, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI-generated output may vary in quality and is not guaranteed to meet any specific creative expectation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Net Business Labs, its partners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Net Business Labs from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your uploaded content, or your misuse of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall survive.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
